I work with people living with chronic pain and long-term health conditions, using evidence-based approaches informed by NICE guidelines. 
My aim is to help you develop a more flexible relationship with pain or chronic illness — and with the thoughts and emotions that come with it — so you can live in closer alignment with what truly matters to you.

Living with ongoing pain or health challenges can feel relentless. Therapy offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll explore how to make room for difficult experiences while also creating space for the things that bring meaning, purpose, and vitality to your life.
I also support individuals experiencing dental anxiety, severe gag reflex, and needle phobia, helping them manage these challenges with compassion and psychological understanding.

Initial Consultation

A comprehensive 50-minute assessment session to explore your current concerns and personal history — both physical and psychological. This session provides space to talk through the impact of pain or health difficulties on your life, understand what matters most to you, and begin identifying your goals for therapy.

1:1 individual sessions

The ideal choice if you want to work collaboratively to understand your experiences with compassion and move towards the life you want to live — guided by what truly matters to you.

Empowered Relief™

A single-session pain management class, based on the evidence-based Empowered Relief™ program, designed to help you understand pain and learn effective strategies to manage it.
